Excessive cell phone and social media use is proven to harm the physical, mental, and emotional health of children. This isn't mere speculation or old-fashioned thinking. Respected organizations such as the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Surgeon General have issued serious health warnings about this danger. 

Educators witness these effects firsthand. Students from elementary to high school arrive in class feeling anxious, exhausted and stressed. Their concentration levels are dropping. Meanwhile, harmful behaviors, like bullying and harassment — often triggered by social media content or trending topics — are on the rise. 
We need legislation that helps protect our children from these known threats.

Rob discussed people's biggest life concerns and struggles, finding purpose. He gave strategies for creating the life you love.  We all have untapped potential.
